MISSION
Optimal Empowerment helps empower others by bridging the gap between their potential and their action. We are committed to helping individuals develop the courage they need in situations that call for it the most. We focus on teaching individuals how to replace fear and hesitation with courage and empowerment. We believe that individuals can easily make life-saving decisions when they are fueled with the right knowledge, skills, and confidence.
Optimal Empowerment strives to help others know how to save their own life, save the lives of others, and correctly identify and report human trafficking.
Optimal Empowerment has an affiliate partnership with Bark, so we’re passionate about helping parents/guardians/schools protect children against the dangers of predators, bullying, drugs, self-harm and much more.

EMILY ADAMS - Owner/Founder
I’m driven to help others gain more awareness into how powerful they are. I’m passionate about helping others dig under their surface to find the greatness within. I absolutely love empowering children and adults!
I grew up in a time when there wasn’t any social media platforms until I was an adult. I knew I wanted to do work in a realm of safety and empowerment; especially after seeing the impact that social media has had on kids, and the increased amount of danger in society today. That’s why Optimal Empowerment teamed up with Bark to help keep kids safe and protected easier.
I grew up in Central Texas, and have been in the Austin/Greater Austin area for the last 15 years. Optimal Empowerment became established when I decided to combine my expertise in B2B sales consulting with my passion which is children safety and empowerment.

Simone can be requested to come to any private classes that you book.
When Simone isn’t busy filing paperwork or answering phone calls; she loves swimming, playing with sports balls (soon to be featured in the next AirBud movie series) and home-cooked meals.
Simone’s beautiful aura catches the eyes of any and all children and adults all around her everywhere she goes. She is the light that gracefully touches everyone and everything with love and peace all around her. She is a 65 pound fluffy F1 standard goldendoodle, and she’s great with children, adults and most animals.
