We understand life happens.

If you have a private training class and student(s) do not show, there will not be any refunds. However, you can replace one student’s seat for another student if time allows (please contact us to find out if this is an option in your specific case.) If this is not possible, we can give you a credit for future use.

If you’re an individual who has booked a public training class with us and you’re unable to attend, we can transfer your seat to your another training date. If we have a 48 hour advance notice, we can provide refund(s)

If you’re an individual needing to get a training certification, we can help! We can come to your office/commercial space OR we have a business conference room available to utilize for training classes in the South Austin/Manchaca area. If interested, please let us know!

UPON TRAINING COMPLETION, EACH STUDENT WILL RECEIVE VIA EMAIL A DIGITAL E-CARD IN PDF FORMAT WITHIN 48 HOURS

CERTIFICATIONS WILL REFLECT THE EXACT WORDING OF THE EXACT TRAINING COMPLETED PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR WORKPLACE OR ORGANIZATION TO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE CORRECT TRAINING CLASS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

***ALL CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE AS A FULL IN-CLASSROOM TRAINING, HOWEVER THE "BLENDED LEARNING FORMAT" IS THE MOST TIME-EFFICIENT OPTION
