SERVING CUSTOMERS LOCALLY & WE’LL TRAVEL TO TRAIN!

The AVERT material is based on a model "Escape and Evade, and Attack." AVERT is nationally certified and accredited by the Health and Safety Institute (also known as HSI.) It is a bit more of a comprehensive training overall compared to others you may have heard of. We spend time on situational awareness, bleeding control/how to use tourniquets, and we also have class activities with replica weapons to learn how to disarm intruders safely. Before this training, I feel that it is always a great idea for me to conduct a site observation and have insight on the layout of the space. This allows me to customize the training to be a bit more "site-specific." This training consists of a blended learning format as well, so each individual will have to complete a one hour online training. Then, the in-person training is about two hours. The price per student is $65, and the certification is valid for two years. Due to the nature of the course, this course is intended for adults or at least high-school age students.
