Optimal Empowerment serves the community with the Lionheart program through preschools, daycares, educational facilities and local park classes. We can also provide birthday party events and private lessons.

Optimal Empowerment will have free children and adult safety training/safety awareness material/resources readily available for all clients and parents at each class. (These are additional resources via Optimal Empowerment, this is not associated with Lionheart Fitness Kids specifically.) Also, all Lionheart parents and clients receive discounts on safety training classes.
